[no subject]

Hello.
I've found the following behavior in bashes' PROMPT_COMMAND variable (see 
attachment):
It's being executed not before but after a prompt. I've encountered this 
behavior on my live installation system whereas it behaves as expected on fully 
installed OS (please see attachment).
