How did you test that?

# ls -l sh
-rwsr-xr-x 1 nobody root 755512 30. Okt 17:03 sh
# ./sh -c id
uid=0(root) gid=0(root) groups=0(root)
# ./sh -p -c id
uid=0(root) gid=0(root) euid=65534(nobody) groups=65533(nobody),0(root)
