Thanks for the report.  All of these will be fixed in the next release of
bash.  The first is a general problem with any extglob pattern that
contains a slash (though I was able to interrupt it):

> 1) bash gets stuck

> shopt -s extglob
> echo !(*/) # never returns, cannot be interrupted

so I've attached a patch so people can experiment.
