There was another bash upgrade in the FreeBSD ports this A.M.
Thinking it might resolve my bash --version problem, I applied it.

sigh...

My bash scripts run "ok" (well, I hope so...), but they throw that error 
on every invocation at the she-bang.

It's beginning to remind me of a world-domineering software corp.
