And if you're wondering:
$ grep eval_builtin builtins/builtext.h
extern int eval_builtin __P((WORD_LIST *));
$ grep builtext.h execute_cmd.c
#include "builtins/builtext.h" /* list of builtins */
So if there's a problem with this kind of thing in gcc-4.8, I'd like to
get some more information about what it is.
