bash-4.3 : mkdep missing in support directory

Hi Bash,

While trying to generate dependencies for "bash" (make depend), I see that
"mkdep" script is missing in support directory and I'm getting the
following error due to that.
The distribution somehow seems to be missing shipping of "mkdep" utility.
