Please don't, or at least not the -c option (I don't care if mktemp
is made into a builtin, seems unnecessary - scripts don't tend
to make all that many temporary files - but harmless) but please
don't make non-standard variations become more popular.
That just leads to less portable scripts, rather than better ones.
