The latest devel branch push completes support for suppressing multiple
expansion of array subscripts in arithmetic contexts, conditional
commands, and the `unset builtin'. The rest of the builtin commands are
unchanged, except for allowing assignment to key `@' and `*' in existing
associative arrays.
