gas/ia64: missing unwabi constants for Linux & FreeBSD [patch]

Hi,

Attached a patch to teach the ia64 target of gas about the @linux
and @freebsd constants for use on the .unwabi directive (the ABI
identification). As discussed with Cary Coutant and David Mosberger,
the ABI identification should mirror the ELF OSABI value when
possible (NetBSD will be an exception).

Note: patch is against a vendor import of binutils 2.13.2, but
should apply cleanly.
