no diagnostic issued by linker on unresolved -init/-fini symbols

While this may be intentional for the default symbols (_init/_fini) set
in ldmain.c, I consider this unacceptable at least when these symbols
are user specified and additionally --no-undefined is active. With the
current state inconsistencies (simply due to typos) are possible in that
a module's intended init/fini function may either or both not be
called.
