Problem with arm-elf-objcopy

I get this warning when I run arm-elf-objcopy

BFD: Warning writing section `.sqbuf` to huge (ie negative) file offset 0xbffff000.

 

I actually get several of these warnings, this is just the first.

Here is how I invoke objcopy

arm-elf-object -O binary myimage.elf firmware.img

 

I'm working with eCos although I don't think this matters. Can anyone offer a little help. I'm not sure where to begin.
