[Bug binutils/153] New: --target=mmix-elf resolves to mmix-knuth-mmixware, but should error

mmix-elf is not a valid abbreviation for mmix-knuth-mmixware, so attempts to
configure for that target should error out.

Supposedly this is a generic config.sub bug and not really dependent upon
anything MMIX-specific.  While not really a binutils bug, this PR is here
to track the issue.
