[Bug gas/190] New: gas should accept constant suffixes "u", "l", "ul", "ll", "ull"

It's becoming a real pain to properly deal with numeric constants that
span over an int on 64 bits platforms in a "correct" way, that is with
"ul" typically for C code, but that prevents building assembly.

Gas should accept those suffixes.
