[Bug gas/190] gas should accept constant suffixes "u", "l", "ul", "ll", "ull"

Assembly language syntaxes already make the size of constants explicit. 
Adding suffixes like "ul" adds nothing, except perhaps to introduce convenience 
elsewhere.  This seems like the wrong place to fix this problem.
