Patch to use filenames with RCDATA resource type

It didn't solve a problem. Really it should work in another way. String after
RCDATA is not a data itself, it is filename. Such way of using RCDATA is not
documented in latest MSDN, but still it works with both rc and brcc32
Following patch work for me.

It also fixes two typos in error messages in define_user_file function.
