I tried compiling binutils-2.15.94.0.2.2 with gcc-4.0.0-2 for mingw32 target,
and the result was the same.
./configure --prefix=/usr/local --target=i386-mingw32
And the error was: "tc-i386.h:443: error: array type has
incomplete element type"
Did the same thing (change declaration of md_relax_table[] to *md_relax_table)
and the error disappeared.
