bss section problem

 Hi,

I'm trying to create an windows application using dev-cpp 4.9.9.2 and mingw 3.4.2 there is a problem with the bss header, I already tried to contact mingw developers and heaventools developers,someone pointed out about binutils (ld) being related to this *problem*. Please comment on this thread if you can help to solve this :
