[Bug gas/3800] gas failures for h8300-elf on HEAD |

-------
The ".equ redefinitions (ELF)" failure has been fixed by the same patch that was
applied for PR 3810.
The "lns-common-1" failure is fixed by the uploaded patch.
Note - there is another unexpected failure when these tests are run on a 64-bit
host: FAIL: gas/h8300/h8sx_mov_imm. This is due to a 32-bit ve 64-bit
assumption somewhere in the tc-h8300.c code which leads to this bogus assembler
warning message:
.../gas/testsuite/gas/h8300/h8sx_mov_imm.s:96: Warning: operand
#0xffffffffffffffff out of range.>, expected: <>
This is a separate issue however, since many of the ports need auditing for
64-bit host operation, so I am closing this issue.
