Bug: binutils 2.16.1/bfd/cache.c +496

Hello,

I was using GCC 4.1.1/ binutils 2.16.1 as normal, and received the
following output:

I was attempting to compile git-1.4.1, which has compiled successfully
with this toolchain several times in the past, in the exact same
environment.  I have no idea what may have caused this, nor what might
have changed between builds.
