Hi Alan,
I have changed the relocs to solve in gas as shown below:

RELOCATION RECORDS FOR [.eh_frame]:
OFFSET   TYPE              VALUE
00000000 R_CR16_SWITCH32   .LECIE1
00000012 R_CR16_NUM32a     ___gxx_personality_v0
=====

But still the error message displayed by the linker:

libgcc.a(unwind-dw2-fde.o)(.eh_frame); no .eh_frame_hdr table will be 
created.
====

Do I miss some thing else?
