[Bug ld/11437] New: Solaris binaries aren't marked with ELFOSABI_SOLARIS

Solaris binaries are different from standard ELF binaries.
But they aren't marked with ELFOSABI_SOLARIS. They should
be handled similarly to ELFOSABI_FREEBSD.
