[Bug binutils/11622] New: libiberty .o vs. obj => @OBJEXT@

[jay dot krell at cornell dot edu]

libiberty in binutils and gcc has trouble building for VMS due to .o instead of
address@hidden@ in the Makefile. I don't remember the errors.
