Applying the patches on top of 2.20.51.0.10 fixes the problem for me, thank you.

For the segment headers, guess I have send the wrong files created by a
toolchain I am playing with these days. Since I could reproduce with a clean
system too, I probably did not notice it and mixed up the files. Sorry for that.
