I no longer get the error when assembling but the value has changed.

With 2.19.1:


 0:     f2c30e30        vmov.i64        d16, #0x0000ffff00000000

And with the patch applied:

   0:   f3c70e30        vmov.i64        d16, #0xffffffff00000000
