Packages known to require -Wl,--no-relax on alpha as a work-around for this
bug:

ocaml
hunderbird
webkit-gtk
xulrunner
jfsutils
firefox
seamonkey

and apparently now gcc-4.6: http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=47230
