"-m32 -flto -fuse-linker-plugin" doesn't work with i686 binutils on x86-64.
I have no problems with "g++ -m32" on Fedora 17.

Please show me how to reproduce it on Fedora 17 or with GCC
gcc-4_7-branch/trunk.
