I think I've fixed this.

The root of the problem is equivalent to this version script:

# "Builtin":
<base name> {
global:
_PROCEDURE_LINKAGE_TABLE_;

}

# Real mapfile:

}

So for anonymous version tag we just set base version: (See patch)



Test:
