    Define SEC_MEP_VLIW in bfd/section.c

    Bits in section flags should only be defined in bfd/section.c.  This
    patch moves SEC_MEP_VLIW to bfd/section.c.

        * section.c (SEC_MEP_VLIW): New.
        * bfd-in2.h: Regenerated.

    include/elf/

        PR binutils/18316
        * mep.h (SEC_MEP_VLIW): Removed.
