Patch to restore the previous behavior

Since commit 3972882e52d7199000bb5dfc753a86aa296a567a, I cannot use gdb nor
objdump on some of my binaries. These programs abort in
elf_x86_64_get_plt_sym_val (bfd/elf64-x86-64.c:5639).

Can we restore the previous behavior by applying the attached patch? It ignores
invalid PLT entries instead of aborting.
