    Fix powerpc testsuite source errors

    PR 21118 work exposed these errors in the testsuite.

        * testsuite/gas/ppc/cell.s: Correct invalid registers.
        * testsuite/gas/ppc/vle-simple-1.s: Likewise.
        * testsuite/gas/ppc/vle-simple-2.s: Likewise.
