I've just had exactly the same error.

Building Firefox 60.2.0 in a 32 bit systemd-nspawn Gentoo (again) container on
Linux.

A second attempt failed in exactly the same way.

The previous build of firefox-52.9.0 succeeded on 2018-06-30.

Everything works fine in 64 bit.
