Hi Christian,

  You are right, there is a discrepancy, and whilst I agree that 
  ../lib64/bfd-plugins would be a more reasonable path component 
  for 64-bit plugins, I think that it is too late to change it now.
  So instead I have checked in a patch to update the documentation.
