Treat the .gnu.debuglink and .gnu.debugaltlink sections as debug sections
when reading them in from COFF/PE format files.

* coffcode.h (styp_to_sec_flags): Treat .gnu.debuglink and
.gnu.debugaltlink sections as debugging sections.
