Hi.

As of the elf32 -> elf transtion [1] the new ld/lfelf.c drops for some reason
safe-ctype.h include.  This breaks compilation if HAVE_DOS_BASED_FILE_SYSTEM is
defined, as in that case ISALPHA is used (which is defined in safe-ctype.h).
