I am not sure I agree with "NOTABUG" resolution, but since nobody is planning
to do anything about it, sure, let's close it.
I tend to think of objcopy as a general tool for "copy and translate object
files" (as it says on the can), and the current behavior of "you can
extract/copy many, but not all sections" seems exceedingly confusing and
self-inconsistent.
Thanks for the --set-section-flags workaround.
