Hi Jason,

  Are you able to provide a small test case that demonstrates the problem ?

  Generating a JUMP11 reloc for hidden symbols should be safe, provided
  that the symbol is within a valid range.  So the most likely problem
  is that the code for checking the range of the branch is broken.
