It is quite normal to only have

elfutils-debuginfod-client-0.179-2.fc32.x86_64
elfutils-debuginfod-client-devel-0.179-2.fc32.x86_64

on Fedora 32/x86-64.  Building 32-bit binutils was OK before the commit.
