Nick I must apologize; fche straightened me out.

The reason why fche discovered this bug, and the reason why I was testing it
with boost is I have a report of a problem report with boost location lists. So
after fche reported that it worked, I tried it out with my target boost. I
didn't try other things because the problem that I needed to solve was with
boost and I never thought that their may not be any location lists to print.

So anyway, it looks like your stuff works after all. My testing was flawed due
to the underlying issue with boost that I still have to figure out.
