Hi Tom,

  OK, I have checked in a patch to fix this particular problem, although
  I expect that the fix will have to extended to handle debug sections
  which should be retained.  or maybe the mechanism should be changed to 
  allow for multiple versions of the same section to be loaded from
  various linked files.
