binutils-2.38 i386-gen bug

Subject: binutils-2.38 i386-gen bug

Dear all:
             When I want to use i386-gen to  produce i386-tbl.h, I find the i386-gen hang, and the i386-tbl.h contains nothing.
             ./i386-gen --srcdir=/data/work/binutils/src/opcode
              My gcc version 8.5, glibc version 2.28.
