Translated message must never be assembled from translated fragments.

This is exceedingly difficult or impossible to translate correctly.

The source code at

does that twice:

current_templates->start->name,
5077                     flag_code == CODE_64BIT ? _("not") : _("only"));

Please use two distinct messages for "not" vs "only" string in each case.
