[GNU Bison 2.0] build feedback

This morning, I ran builds of bison-2.0 on about 20 flavors of Unix
in 72 build environments.  Of these, 63 reported passes of all tests,
although the number of tests skipped is platform dependent.

The remaining 9 all built, but failed one or more validation tests.
This message will be followed by separate messages for each failure,
together with their testsuite.log files.

All of my builds used --disable-yacc, since I don't want to replace
existing /usr/local/bin/yacc installations on my systems, or hide
vendor-provided /usr/bin/yacc programs.
