Hi Alexandre!

What do you think about dropping that warning altogether, or at least
allowing packages like the coreutils to disable that part of -Wall?
NEWS-OS users can always build/use a better version of make than the
vendor-supplied one.  We shouldn't be catering to broken systems that
are used by so few people -- certainly not when the catering would
involve degrading a package even a little.
