Yes you did, about a month ago.  I wrote back that it's most likely
not a coreutils problem.  It's an issue with your kernel, or your
filesystem, or your cdrom driver, or your cdrom drive, or something
like that.  You should be able to reproduce the problem without using
coreutils at all, by invoking the statfs system call on the filesystem
in question.
