Possible bug with -ko under Win32 |

Here is the scenario:
1. import a repository
2. add a binary file (marked with "add -kb") and commit
3. Checkout this repository with "co -ko" with the Win32 client: the binary
file is munched up
5. Checkout this repository with "co -ko" with the SunOS client: file is
fine
I guess the bug is on the server. The "-ko" from the client overrides the
"-kb" from the repository, so the client is told that the file is not "-kb".
