Yes, CVS interprets "today" as "now" rather than as the beginning of the
day. Similarly, "tomorrow" and "yesterday" are interprested as 24 hours
from right now rather than as the beginnings of the appropriate days.
Anyone know where to find the canonical version of GNU getdate? And is
it any better than the version we currently have?
