sccs2rcs script

Hi,

I downloaded the script and tried to convert some SCCS files to RCS files. I
figured out that files that were created before 2000 were converted to RCS,
but files created after 2000 could not be converted since the "set date"
line of script adds 19 before the two digit year.

Currently I am changing the number to 19 or 20, in script, depending on when
the files were created. I would like to know if there is some way in which
one script can be used to convert all files regardless of year in which they
were created.
