Thank you Jones for the help and time spent on this.

Hi All,
        Query:

I want export project modules (i.e. few different project files)
which is already exist in Sun solaries cvs repository to Linux cvs
repository without any change in file rev. numbers. Once export is done from
Sun Solaries cvs repository to Linux cvs repository I need to replicate(i.e.
transfer same revision number) same file revision numbers. Would you please
suggest me the sequence of steps to carry out the above task. Thank for time
spent on this

Thanks,
Mallik

This should be a harmless warning, but you can suppress it by creating
an empty file with that name.

There's no such message in standard CVS -- you'll have to ask whoever
created the modified version of CVS that you're running.
