I want to have CVS execute a external script upon the execution of
certain CVS commands. In particular we are looking to build a script to
verify (following the established naming conventions) CVS tags as a
developer tags their files for deployment. Also, another area where we could
use a script to verify naming conventions is on the creation of a CVS
branch. I'm hoping that this can be done by "configuring" CVS.
