cvs admin -kkv # to fix the repository files
cvs up -A # to update your working directory to match

Depending on how long it's been that way and what platforms you're
using, you may discover that the line endings need to be cleaned up.
(If you checked in files in binary mode with DOS line endings, the <CR>s
were considered part of the text rather than part of the line endings.)
